    RETURNS FROM DYP™ DIRECTLY

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at DYPYourway@gmail.com to arrange a return within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.

    Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with return form or required paperwork, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive refund or store credit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

     

    Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.

     

     

    RETURNS FROM RETAILER

    If your jewelry was purchased through one of our approved retailers and is damaged within one year of purchase, please contact the retailer directly for returns.


     

    CANCELLATIONS

    I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

     

     

    I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG. WHAT CAN I DO?

    We sincerely apologize for this experience with your order. We always strive to ensure your DYP product is in excellent condition. If there is something wrong with your order, we would love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at DYPyourway@gmail.com with a description, perhaps a photo of the issue, and a photo of your packing slip. Once we have this information, we will see what occurred and work with you on a swift solution!

     

     

    WHAT ARE YOUR USA SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES?

    Standard shipping for all domestic (US) orders is $8.00 for the first item

    and $3.50 for each additional item with delivery taking 5-10 business days.

    Orders are processed during business days Monday to Friday. The processing time is 1-2 days.
    Any order placed after 2pm or over the weekend will process the next business day.

    You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we start working on your order.

    Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday.

    SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is being processed. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

     

    Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to unforeseen weather conditions or holidays.

     

     

    LOST PACKAGES

    Please ensure that the address on your order is correct and is a secure location for delivery. All of our packages are sent with tracking and we cannot offer refunds for packages that have been delivered to the correct address, but which have been lost or stolen before reaching the intended recipient.
